When you ask for a quote, by our website form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to give us:
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book, carry out and invoice the work. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract, and then to perform that contract.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. They use recognised safeguards for those transfers.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for up to 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
